Description
* Manage the termination cost, Voice P&L (revenue. Cost. Margin). Maintain and monitor voice quality KPIs in coordination with technology. * Coordination with MA&RA to ensure accurate reconciliation and billing in addition to handling disputes. And Coordinate with international carriers. * Negotiation of corridor deals with operators from APAC & ME carriers/operators, Domestic voice commercial and operations. * Commercial owner of traffic and billing management. Liaise with finance to ensure accurate booking for Interconnect Cost. * Coordination with technology for monitoring voice quality KPIs and ensuring. * Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage voice international costs, quality KPIs, and P&L while negotiating corridor deals with international operators. Coordinate with finance and technology teams to ensure accurate billing, traffic management, and successful execution of interconnection projects.
