Job Description As a Project Coordinator, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and coordinating projects (Empty Homes/Voids) alongside supervisors and site managers. You will be responsible of the adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will primarily focus on small projects (Empty Homes/Refurbishments) but will also support with any larger projects. Documentation will be filed via our works management system including any safety documentation, certification and legal documents. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
