Gilmartins are well established in the social housing sector and carry out planned maintenance and void property refurbishment works for local authorities and housing associations.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager who has delivered Void Refurbishment and Planned Works Projects in the social housing sector to work across, Greenwich and surrounding areas.

• Organization skills
• Void refurbishment and planned works experience in social housing is essential for this role
• Good understanding of SOR codes is essential for this role
• Deadline driven with effective time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate at all levels with all stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• IT literate
• Full driving license
• CSCS card

• Ability to create and manage Programmed of Work
• Generate Variations and Scopes with good understanding of SORs.
• Allocating and controlling work for Sub-Contractors and direct staff
• Performing risk and value management and cost control
• Communication with all stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain and promote quality and Health & Safety on site
