Supervisor - Housing Association background
Are you an experienced Supervisor with a Housing Association background in building maintenance and facilities management, residing in or around Yorkshire? Join our clients Building Maintenance and Facilities Management Company!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Experience working on social housing / Voids
• Housing Association or Local Council experience desired
• Proficiency in various trades including plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction or maintenance sector
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Right to work in the UK

• Overseeing voids on social housing and local government projects
• Supervising and coordinating teams for tasks such as carpentry, tiling, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen installations, and door fittings
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and project deadlines
