Job Description: ASG is seeking a VOIP Engineer to support a mission-critical, 24x7x365 enterprise network environment. This role is responsible for maintaining continuous network connectivity for supported locations worldwide through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation of network and system events. ? What You'll do: Monitor enterprise VOIP networks and systems for availability and performance. Respond to documents and escalate incidents through resolution.? Utilize monitoring and ticketing tools including Remedy, Netcool, Splunk, SolarWinds, and Cisco ISE. Troubleshoot WAN, LAN, VOIP, wireless, desktop, and application connectivity issues. Communicate clearly with users and escalation teams. Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures. Other duties as assigned. Requirements What We Need: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operations environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated. Team-oriented with a desire to learn and advance. Preferred Experience: Prior NOC, help desk, or IT support experience. Basic understanding of networking principles. Familiarity with Cisco networking and VOIP equipment. Experience using a ticket tracking system such as Remedy. Cisco CCNA Clearance & Compliance Requirements: Active Secret Security Clearance? DoD 8140 (441) Network Operations Qualified – Intermediate ?Work Schedule: 24x7x365 operations. 12-hour shifts on a predetermined day or night schedule.
