JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled VoIP Network Engineer with experience supporting enterprise-level Unified Communications platforms. This role will focus on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity, CUBE, Jabber, WebEx, and Mitel PBX systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience optimizing VoIP traffic across Cisco/Meraki LAN/WAN environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in VoIP/Unified Communications.
• Strong expertise in Cisco CUCM, Unity, CUBE, Jabber, WebEx, and Mitel PBX.
• Knowledge of SIP trunking, SBCs, and VoIP security protocols.
• Familiarity with Cisco ISE or ClearPass for network access control.
• Certifications such as CCNP Collaboration, CCNA Collaboration, or Mitel Specialist preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oklahoma City, OK 7310

• Configure and maintain Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), Unity, CUBE, Jabber, WebEx, and Mitel PBX solutions.
• Manage SIP trunking, PSTN gateways, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
• Implement dial plans, call routing, voicemail, and extension provisioning.
• Troubleshoot VoIP performance issues including QoS, jitter, latency, and packet loss.
• Optimize voice services across Cisco/Meraki LAN/WAN environments (VLANs, PoE switching, wireless voice).
• Integrate VoIP with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and collaboration tools.
• Monitor systems using SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and other network monitoring tools.
• Document voice configurations, processes, and standards.
• Provide technical support and escalation for voice-related projects.
