QUALIFICATIONS OF THE VOIP (UC) ENGINEER:

• 5+ years of experience working in a UC environment specializing in Cisco Call Center Manager (CUCM)
• Experience with IAVA patches/patches to Cisco Call Manager
• IAT Level II Certification (Required)
• CCNA Certification & ITIL v4 Foundations (strongly preferred)
• Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance (required)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE VOIP ENGINEER:

• Design and implement enterprise-grade UC solutions, including VoIP and cloud-based platforms
• Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for Cisco UC systems (CUCM) and related infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex issues and lead efforts to improve system reliability and user experience
