VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture #VOISWorkExperienceprogramme About this Role We are seeking enthusiastic senior-year undergraduate students for a 6-month Work Experience internship within our Human Resources function. This opportunity is part of VOIS' youth programs and is designed to provide real-world experience in HR operations and learning & development. Interns will be immersed in strategic projects, mentored by industry professionals, and supported with training to build market-relevant skills. Successful interns may be considered for full-time roles upon completion. What you will do Contribute to strategic, high-impact HR projects alongside professional teams. Gain hands-on experience in HR operations and learning & development. Participate in training programmes to enhance practical and market-relevant skills. Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals. Apply academic knowledge to real industry challenges. Who you are A senior-year undergraduate student in semester 2, fully available and committed (gap year or no attendance required). Possess excellent communication skills across all organisational levels. Demonstrate innovation, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset. Capable of working independently and collaboratively. Students from architectural, civil, mechanical engineering, or marketing backgrounds are encouraged to apply, especially for health and safety-related roles Not a Perfect Fit?
