We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for part-time Volleyball Coach position. The Volleyball Coach will foster a supportive and team-focused environment while leading programs that inspire active lifestyles and community well-being. Location: Fullerton Work Schedule: Thursday 3:45pm - 9:45pm Sunday 12:00pm - 9:00pm Purpose and Impact: Be a Mentor: Guide youth in building confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship while developing fundamental skills for success on and off the court. Facilitate Participant Experience: Lead participants through registration and check-in with professionalism, communicate schedules and program details clearly, and ensure every athlete feels prepared and supported. Inspire Positive Engagement: Encourage athletes to embrace sportsmanship and collaboration while fostering a positive, motivating environment that promotes learning and personal development. Build Positive Connections: Engage with youth and families to foster a friendly atmosphere, answer questions, and create a space that encourages open communication and lasting connections. Job description will be provided during interview. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Age: Must be 16 with a valid work permit. Experience & Skills: Must have experience coaching or playing volleyball. Must be able to work with children ages 8 to 15 years old. Experience in customer service preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills.
