The Role We're looking for a Volume Retail Recruiter to join our Talent & Culture team and play a critical role in attracting and hiring frontline retail talent at scale. Based at our Support Office in Rhodes, this role operates at the centre of our fast‑paced retail cycle and is essential to ensuring our stores are staffed with great people at the right time. You'll manage end‑to‑end, high‑volume recruitment across multiple locations, partnering closely with Retail leaders to deliver a seamless, efficient and positive candidate experience—particularly during peak trading periods. What You'll Do Lead and deliver high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment for retail roles including casual, part‑time and Full-time positions. Manage bulk recruitment campaigns across multiple store locations to support new store openings and peak trading periods. Partner closely with Store Managers, Area Managers and Retail Operations to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. Own the recruitment lifecycle from job briefing, advertising and screening through to interview coordination, offers and onboarding. Screen and shortlist large volumes of applicants efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on quality and cultural fit. Champion a positive, inclusive and engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint. Coordinate interview days, assessment centres and large‑scale recruitment events where required. Maintain accurate recruitment data, compliance and reporting within the ATS. Monitor time‑to‑hire metrics and hiring outcomes to identify process improvements. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and candidate communications. Support workforce planning activities during peak retail periods. Assist with offer generation, pre‑employment checks and onboarding coordination. What You'll Bring Proven experience in volume or bulk recruitment, ideally within retail, hospitality or a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment. Experience managing large numbers of roles simultaneously with competing deadlines. Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence partnering with senior retail leaders. Excellent communication skills and a candidate‑first mindset. High attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management capability. Comfortable working with ATS platforms and recruitment systems. Resilient, solutions‑focused and able to remain calm under pressure. A collaborative, accountable working style with a strong sense of ownership. Passion for retail and building great teams on the shop floor.
