ABOUT YOU: SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work full time (40 hours/week)
  • Fluent English knowledge is a must
  • 2+ years experience in Finance field (preferably in accounting area)
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Precision and attention to details, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM

Our Volumetric accounting organization is supporting ExxonMobil’s external financial and internal stewardship reporting and analysis by ensuring that hydrocarbon
movements are properly recorded and validated.
Our colleagues are responsible to record and reconcile volumetric movements in terminals, in transit, other non-manufacturing locations or in manufacturing plants in
compliance with all key controls.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Record goods issues, goods receipts, write on / offs, rebrands, etc. at assigned stock points
  • Review and action open items
  • Perform month-end close process for assigned areas of responsibility, including reconciliation of assigned stock points
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Work with traders and schedulers to understand business scenarios
  • Record all volumetric movements in manufacturing plants, including PMB, production / consumption, rebrands, etc.
  • Book known oil loss items and calculate unknown oil loss percentage
