VOLUNTEER ROLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Volunteer) who is looking to gain valuable work experience while supporting our team in various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and company records.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Help coordinate office supplies and maintain an organised workspace.
  • Contribute to improving administrative systems and procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and communication for new staff/volunteers.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
