REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati or Portuguese is a plus, but not required

• The Volunteer and Community Partnership Coordinator works closely with the Middlesex County community and families to identify community/family needs, identify resources, and build mutually beneficial relationships with all parties.
• Works together with the Director to create diverse community programming and communication strategies.
• This job requires resourcefulness, creativity and a professional demeanor.
• Some knowledge on social media outlets is a plus.
• This position is also responsible for building relationships with families, stakeholders, and provides some direct service delivery.
• Must have some knowledge on family and community engagement.
