The Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) Volunteer Association is a not for profit organization responsible for providing volunteer support and raising funds in support of the Brantford General and Willett, Paris. The BCHS Volunteer Association is an engaged partner to the BCHS and contributions made to the Association are directed to the Foundation to benefit the purchase of patient equipment, renovate spaces and provide investment in resources to enhance the exceptional care provided at the BCHS.
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Volunteer Engagement, the Volunteer Association Assistant is a key member of the BCHS Volunteer Association team, providing day-to-day administrative and program support. This front-line role serves as a positive, helpful, and knowledgeable representative to both internal and external stakeholders, including volunteers, visitors, hospital staff, Board members, and community leaders. The Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the office.
