Volunteer Coordinator Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Hospice Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, train, and manage volunteers who provide support to hospice patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volunteer management, community outreach, and hospice or healthcare settings. The candidate will be open to travel as necessary within the specified area, and any other duties as assigned by leadership. Key responsibilities include: Volunteer Recruitment and Training Volunteer Placement and Supervision Patient and Family Support Services Community Engagement and Outreach Documentation and Reporting What do you need? Minimum of one-year of experience providing spiritual care and counseling in a healthcare, hospice or pastoral care setting Volunteer management, community outreach or related experience preferred Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license and auto insurance Full job description can be provided upon request.
