You will provide on-site support for our incredible volunteers at St Vincents Private Hospital Northside and St Vincents Private Hospital Kangaroo Point, help grow a One St Vincent’s volunteer movement and support colleagues and local leaders to embed a culture of collaboration, recognition and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support volunteers while supporting colleagues and local leadership teams Manage the full volunteer lifecycle of recruitment, onboarding, training and engagement Plan and deliver volunteer events, workshops, recognition programs and initiatives Maintain accurate volunteer records and reporting to support decision-making Build strong relationships with internal teams, community partners and stakeholders Identify challenges and implement solutions to enhance volunteer satisfaction and program effectiveness About You: What’s on your resume is important, but what’s in your heart matters more Proven experience coordinating volunteers with strong engagement and retention skills Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building abilities Knowledge of volunteer engagement principles, compliance and lifecycle management Experience in healthcare, aged care or community volunteer programs is highly regarded Why St Vincent’s? Responsibilities
