Overview Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live. Ealing RISE works with several agencies to support the residents of the borough of Ealing who are experiencing difficulties with drugs and/or alcohol. We work with the Central and Northwest London NHS Foundation Trust and with a peer led service called Build on Belief (BoB). We help residents of the Borough of Ealing who are over 18 and work closely with the Women’s Wellness Zone, which offers support to women with complex needs. Would you like to join our growing team of volunteers, and make a real difference? If so, we are looking for passionate and reliable volunteers to join our Ealing RISE Team. Responsibilities Volunteering at Change Grow Live Ealing RISE The purpose of this role is to provide the Senior Data Analyst with administrative support. You will work as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team of Managers, Recovery Practitioners, Doctors, Nurses, Psychiatrists, and Psychologists, to deliver high quality provision from point of entry into RISE. Key activities: Assisting with processing of correspondence/ data entry as required. Minute taking at meetings as required. Maintaining & updating information databases as required, in a timely and accurate manner. The day to day running of the office building coordinating service rotas. Inputting, checking and validating data recorded on local (CRIIS) on a regular basis. Providing staff and volunteers with instruction and guidance on paperwork, data and monitoring and systems management. Providing timely responses to data requests from internal providers. Education, knowledge and experience: Ability to work with professional boundaries Good verbal and written communication skills IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft word/excel Excellent time management skills, and an ability to work on own initiative prioritising accordingly. Ability to liaise and work in partnership with a wide range of professionals and agencies. Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality Ideally be able to volunteer over three days – 10:00am – 3:00pm Please ensure that when completing your application form and supporting statement, you reflect on the details outlined in the role description. From Admin Volunteers to Service User Reps, from Peer Mentors to Healthcare Support Volunteers, from Independent Visitors to Community Mentors each volunteer brings a unique set of skills and talents. We are incredibly grateful for all that volunteers do to support our service users. Most of our volunteer opportunities don’t need any special qualifications.
