Responsibilities At Change Grow Live you will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential. Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience so it’s paramount that we create a welcoming and caring environment which is non-judgmental. Assessment is a key opportunity to engage people; your role will be to listen to and understand the needs of the people who use our service and support them to access the right intervention at the right time in a way that best meets their needs. You will be advising individuals of the options that are available to them, both within the service and the wider community and offering them appropriate, knowledge, advice and equipment to enable them to keep themselves safe. You will be provided with all the skills, knowledge, training and support to undertake the role.
