What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional responsible for supporting all processes related to the engagement of RSNA volunteers to enhance organizational programs and initiatives. The Volunteer Engagement Specialist supports all work of the Manager, Committees and Volunteers and contributes to Executive Department volunteer initiatives that take place at the committee level, short-term volunteering level, during the annual meeting, and throughout the year. What you'll do: 1. Support the committee appointment process throughout the year including the generation of committee appointment sheets, ensuring the successful updating of membership information in the database, and the updating of committee appointment communications and protocols. 2. Support the administration of short-term volunteering opportunities. 3. Facilitate the administration of the Policy on Conflict of Interest for volunteer leadership. 4. Design electronic invitations for the annual meeting social events and assist in the tracking of RSVPs and inquiries. 5. Maintain the Board of Directors web pages and various Committee and Executive Department SharePoint sites. 6. Maintain RSNA.org webpages for Past Presidents, honorees, and award winners. 7. Contribute to the management of the Committee Volunteer Search (CVS) database of potential volunteers, and correspond with individuals expressing an interest in serving in a volunteer capacity, as necessary. Facilitate and manage correspondence with external related medical societies (AMA, American College of Radiology, CFAS etc.) related to upcoming meeting dates, travel, and reimbursement. 8. Manage the updating of external representative information in Personify and other internal sources. 9. Support the updating and compilation of Committee and Board of Directors, and Officer Orientation materials 10. Support committees overseen by the Executive Department, as needed. 11. Support volunteer meetings and events overseen by the Executive Department, as needed. 12. Work with committee staff to ensure the updating of Committee Charges, as necessary. 13. Support the administration of volunteer recognition. 14. Other duties as assigned. What you'll need: * College degree preferred. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. * Comfort in learning new software and experience using AI. * Experience with website maintenance or digital content updates preferred. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Strong communication and organizational skills.
