Overview Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live. Last year, over 1,400 volunteers donated more than a quarter of a million hours to support our communities. As a Female Engagement Support Volunteer, you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable women in your local community, including those experiencing homelessness, domestic abuse, or other complex challenges. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment, build trusting relationships, and support women to access the services they need. This is a hands-on, entry-level volunteering role, perfect for anyone who wants to gain experience in community work, learn more about supporting women with complex needs, and develop skills in communication, advocacy, and outreach. You don’t need prior experience, just a compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude. Responsibilities Volunteers contribute to Change Grow Live in a variety of ways. From Admin Volunteers to Service User Reps, from Peer Mentors to Healthcare Support Volunteers, from Independent Visitors to Community Mentors each volunteer brings a unique set of skills and talents. We are incredibly grateful for all that volunteers do to support our service users.
