Recruitment

• Handle volunteer enquires and applications.
• Help to screen and to obtain the relevant information in order that the volunteer is ready to be deployed on ground.
• Maintain or improve upon the response and lag time from application to deployment.

Orientation / Training

• Ensure all volunteers have viewed our training videos and volunteer handbook before they are deployed.

Deployment

• Welcome, brief and meet new volunteer. Follow up with a call or email to check on how was their first volunteer experience.
• Data Collection
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate volunteer database and maintain VMS CRM system (to be put in place) for data retrieval, analysis and decision-making.
• Assist with data-entry and to make sure all necessary data are captured. Data to be keyed include volunteering hours, feedback, etc.
