Overview Join our Team as a Volunteer! Volunteering with Change Grow Live is a great way to make a real difference in people’s lives whilst gaining valuable experience. Whether you want to give back to your community, develop new skills, or meet like-minded people, there are plenty of reasons to get involved. Responsibilities Volunteering as a Criminal Justice Recovery Support Volunteer you will have the opportunity to work alongside our Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinators and the Probation Service gaining hands on experience whilst supporting them with their caseloads. With full training and ongoing support, you’ll gradually take responsibility for a small caseload of low-risk individuals – playing a meaningful role in their recovery journey. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, a natural communicator and understands the challenges faced by the people we support. Training: Attendance on training is an essential part for the volunteer role. Mandatory: Volunteer Induction training Mandatory: Boundaries/Confidentiality training Mandatory: Drug Awareness training Mandatory: Harm Reduction training Mandatory: Alcohol Awareness training Training dates, to be confirmed. Interviews for this role will be held at Mansfield on 3rd & 4th September.
