Overview Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live. Last year, over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of million hours of their time to our organisation. Would you like to join our growing team of volunteers, and make a real difference? Responsibilities Change Grow Live believe that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything that we do and those who have lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best. In this role you will help us to engage with the people who access our services, making sure their voices are heard and that they have a say in how we run services in Barnet. An important part of the role is listening to people and sharing what you have heard with the service, representing their views, and using their feedback to help inform how we develop and improve our services. You will help to ensure people hear about any decisions or changes that are made because of their feedback. You will be working with Change Grow Live staff and connecting with the wider community. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about ensuring that the voice of the service user is heard. You will be provided with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role. Key Activities: Engage with those who access our services, by listening to their views and asking for their feedback Represent the views and opinions of those who access our services Provide feedback and updates to those who access our services informing them of any changes and decisions. Work with staff and community to improve and develop the service Lead on service user meetings Promote and encourage ongoing service development in a variety of different ways within the service and community.
