Overview We are looking for volunteers with lived experience to help shape and improve Inspire services across Lancashire to help ensure service users are heard, listened to and involved in improving services. Responsibilities Service User Engagement Volunteers Your voice matters. What You Will Do ✔ Speak with service users and gather feedback✔ Help collect Feedback in your local Inspire hub✔ Support service users to raise concerns or suggestions✔ Take part in staff and volunteer recruitment panels✔ Attend meetings and share service user views✔ Take part in Mystery Shopper visits✔ Support Co-Production so lived experience shapes services Volunteer Locations We are currently recruiting volunteers at the following Inspire services: 📍 Pendle Inspire📍 Burnley Inspire📍 Accrington Inspire📍 Preston Inspire📍 Chorley & South Ribble Inspire📍 Skelmersdale Inspire📍 St Annes Inspire📍 Fleetwood Inspire📍 Lancaster Inspire Interested?
