Overview Volunteer Social Media Support Worker helps maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging online presence. While duties vary depending on the charity or community group, the core responsibilities generally include online engagement, content assistance, community support, and safeguarding awareness. Responsibilities Volunteering at Change Grow Live Respond to comments and messages in a supportive, non‑judgmental, and empathetic manner. Signpost users to appropriate services (e.g., helplines, support pages, crisis resources). Monitor social channels for distressing content, risk indicators, or posts that need escalation. Uphold a safe and welcoming online environment.
