Three (3) new positions are available – one based in Sydney and two based in Brisbane. All are permanent positions that will require you to work across our aged care homes, our central Corporate local office and you will have the flexibility to work from home. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across the volunteer lifecycle, including high-volume recruitment, onboarding and retention check-ins Coordinate volunteer recruitment administration, including application processing, screening documentation and compliance checks Support the delivery of volunteer onboarding and training by preparing materials, scheduling sessions and maintaining attendance records Maintain accurate and up-to-date volunteer records in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance Assist with volunteer communications, including check-ins, updates and general enquiries Support the coordination of volunteer programs, events and recognition initiatives Assist with volunteer-to-resident matching administration, ensuring records are accurate and up to date Prepare reports and track volunteer data / KPIs to support coordinators and program decision-making About You Highly organised, detail-oriented, with strong administrative capabilities Proven experience in an administrative or coordination support role in recruitment, HR, volunteer or community sector Genuine and kind communication skills, with confidence engaging with volunteers and internal / external stakeholders Comfortable working with systems and databases, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment Proactive and reliable, with a willingness to support a busy, purpose-driven team Motivated by making a positive difference, with values aligned to St Vincent’s mission of care and compassion Things that work for you Be part of a supportive team with a great mission focused, community spirit, where you can grow professionally and make a sincere impact Contribute to a role that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives Opportunity to work for the nation’s largest Catholic not-for-profit health and aged care provider, with a rapidly growing and progressive vision More take-home pay with competitive salary packaging options up to $15,990, Novated leasing, plus an optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum Employee benefits galore!
