Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking enthusiastic Volunteer Trainers to help train and mentor new volunteers who will go on to support our public education initiatives. This role is ideal for people who enjoy working with others, sharing knowledge, and helping build skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supporting the design and delivery of training sessions for volunteers.
  • Helping new volunteers develop the skills they need to support community education initiatives.
  • Providing guidance, encouragement, and feedback to volunteers.
  • Assisting with workshops, group training, or one-to-one support (depending on your preference and availability).
  • Contributing ideas to improve training materials and methods.
