We're searching for a passionate and dynamic Assistant General Manager for our Sixth Street location in Austin, TX! As the ideal candidate, you're an experienced Assistant General Manager with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, creating and executing successful marketing plans, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of restaurant management or bakery production experience and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You should have experience with ordering and inventory systems, and understand how to run a guest-focused business. Additionally, you should have a flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and be able to handle physical requirements such as lifting heavy objects and working with cleaning chemicals.
