RESPONSIBILITIES Support teams in the development of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Support in the creation of detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget. Support in tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths. Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all project stakeholders. Support in the creation of scorecards and plans follow ups regarding VOS Maturity Assessment Address issues and concerns raised by team members or stakeholders. Review that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Support in the Development and management project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Track project expenses and report budget status to stakeholders. Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement. Review proper project closure, including documentation and handover. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Job Qualifications: Ability to coach, teach and lead leaders to develop continuous improvement strategies, influence decision making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant operations and functions. 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in the application of Lean/Six Sigma methods and way of thinking. Strong leadership, organizational, project management and inter-personal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and English Strong analytical skills, including the use of statistical modeling techniques, root cause analysis and other tools and methods typically deployed to drive operational improvements Strong experience in applying and coaching change management, behavior coaching and performance management methods. Process Driven and Continuous Improvement mindset Ability to influence and lead in a matrix organization to drive accountably and execution of VOS mindset and activities Passport & USA Visa (Tourist). On this position you will be required to travel frequently between the USA & MX sites. Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership, influential, communication, and problem-solving skills. Background in production/ manufacturing environments, operations EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in a business related or technical field preferred PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS N/A TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED (30%)
