POSITION SUMMARY

We’re high growth FinTech company, providing a wide range of prime brokerage services, including custody and trading. We are looking for energetic individuals with in-depth industry knowledge, confidence, and persistence, to work independently, build relationships, and help broaden our client and partner base and take our business to the next level!

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-7 years of sales, business development, or partnership experience working with institutional clients
  • Experience in both traditional financial services and digital assets from high performing teams and institutions
  • Experience with prime brokerage products, such as custody, and trading
  • Understand the requirements to successfully operate within a regulated financial institution
  • Ability to negotiate and create relationships with both Web 2 and Web 3 institutions
  • Ability to operate and excel in a fast-paced and often ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in written and verbal English language required, with additional local language skill an advantageCultural alignment with the team, e.g. no prima donnas

Responsibilities
  • Grow institutional custody and global markets business, and help drive brand awareness in the assigned region
  • Develop and deepen relationships with key partners such as service providers and intermediaries, ultimately leading to new revenue streams
  • Strategize and execute on business development plans for market penetration, and collect market feedback and intelligence
  • Collaborate with the broader Business team to further improve operational excellence and work on ad hoc projects as needed
  • Keep track of key news in the digital asset ecosystem and proactively identify new business development and partnership opportunities
