Responsibilities Lead the Testing Center of Excellence (COE) for Group Operations, driving regression and LV testing automation Pilot and implement UAT automation initiatives Manage the complete, end-to-end tracking of the AI-Powered SDLC framework for all applications in Group Operations: GOCC, CBWMO, IBGO, and GFMO Maintain a consolidated view of Group Operations status, milestones, risks, and dependencies Produce executive-ready dashboards and progress reports for senior leadership Requirements Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software testing and automation Proven track record in leading and managing a team of testing professionals Expertise in designing and implementing testing strategies, including regression, LV, and UAT automation Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
