Job Description Key Responsibilities • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives in financing companies, including PSU Banks, Pvt Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFCs, AIFs, and DFIs. • Market & Credit Analysis: Prepare credit notes and sectoral analyses to support transaction evaluation and business development. • End-to-End Deal Execution: Drive the complete deal lifecycle: 1.) Investor onboarding and understanding investor requirements and market fit 2.) Analyze key financial data and draft credit notes 3.) Present borrower credit profiles to investors 4.) Collaborate with investor relations to negotiate, structure and find solution to difference of expectation between lender and borrower. Language Proficiency: English and Hindi Professional Experience (any of the following): • 1-10 years of experience in Capital market role working of ECB/Foreign funding • 1–10 years in NBFC Treasury • 1–10 years in loan syndication or debt fundraising • 1–10 years in a lending role at a Bank, AIF, or NBFC • 1–10 years in a rating agency/ESG rating or trusteeship firm Educational Background: • Chartered Accountant with a strong track record in financial structuring and capital markets. OR • Graduate from top tier collage with demonstrated academic excellence. Skills: • Strong knowledge of financial instruments such as Term Loans, NCDs, Sub Debt, Securitization, etc. • Willingness to travel frequently (3–5 days/month) across India • Excellent understanding of Indian and offshore debt markets • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal • Ability to influence and manage client expectations confidently • Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently under pressure Additional Information Why Join Us?
