What You’ll Lead * Enterprise-wide strategy for our physical member delivery channels, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and an exceptional end-to-end member experience * Member growth, retention, and satisfaction, serving as the internal Voice of the Member * P&L ownership, multi-year strategic planning, financial forecasting, and sustainable growth initiatives * Innovation and digital integration, partnering cross-functionally to enhance omnichannel experiences * High-performing leaders and teams, through coaching, development, and a people-first approach * Community and business partnerships, including Affinity/SEG relationships and outreach initiatives * Data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, insights, and market intelligence to guide strategy You’ll champion a culture rooted in our core values: Integrity, FuN, Service, People First, Innovation, Respect, and Excellence—ensuring our values show up in how we lead, serve, and grow. The anticipated range for this role is $190,170.00 - $253,560.00 annually.
