Kalmar is seeking an experienced and visionary VP, Brand and Marketing to lead and execute our global brand, marketing, and communications strategy. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global brand and marketing strategy aligned with Kalmar’s business objectives
  • Drive Kalmar’s brand differentiation, ensuring a consistent brand image and messaging across all channels
  • Oversee corporate messaging, branding, and positioning to align with company strategy and listed company requirements
  • Own global marketing & communication platforms and processes, fostering alignment and collaboration across divisions and regions
  • Lead strategy, change, and internal communications, working closely with the Kalmar Leadership Team
  • Manage crisis communications and issues management to protect and enhance Kalmar’s reputation
  • Develop and oversee customer insights strategy, leveraging feedback and data to optimize customer engagement and experiences
  • Engage with stakeholders, including customers, employees, media, and government agencies, to strengthen Kalmar’s presence and relationships.
