Description

Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We’re seeking a Vice President, Brand Marketing who can blend brand vision with data-driven performance to elevate our brand and deliver strong business results. In this role, you’ll translate brand storytelling and voice into measurable impact, driving traffic, conversion, engagement, and revenue, while protecting and evolving our brand identity.
Overseeing integrated marketing, social media, communications, and influencer teams, you’ll balance KPIs with creative excellence to ensure our brand voice is consistent across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and working closely with our Founder & CEO, you’ll be a key strategic partner and brand steward, building a brand engine that inspires customers and fuels growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant brand marketing experience required; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Passion for brand building and storytelling, with the agility to move fast and the discipline to measure results
  • Strong editorial sensibility paired with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to align brand strategies with overall business objectives and business goals
  • Capacity to measure, analyze, and interpret the impact of social, communication, and influencer marketing efforts
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across multiple brand functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with influencers, creators, and other marketing team members
  • Deep understanding of consumer dynamics, cultural trends, brand storytelling, and media/influencer dynamics
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain partnerships with influencers, brands, and media outlets
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience working with in-house creative teams, editorial partners, and agency relationships
