BevCap Management, a Beyond Risk Management affiliate company, is a leader in Property & Casualty consulting and alternative risk solutions, specializing in group captive and structured risk programs for targeted industry verticals. Based in McKinney, TX, we combine deep vertical expertise, strong data insights, and program innovation to deliver differentiated solutions in the marketplace. We are seeking a Producer focused on broker distribution to expand access to our captive and alternative risk programs through independent insurance brokers and agency partners. This role is designed for an individual who can build relationships, influence external producers, and drive adoption of sophisticated risk solutions. What You’ll Do Broker Distribution & Relationship Development * Develop and manage relationships with independent insurance brokers and agency partners within targeted verticals * Position BevCap as a specialty partner and resource for complex risk and captive solutions * Educate brokers on program structure, underwriting approach, and ideal client profiles * Build a network of consistent referral and production partners Program Growth & Strategy * Drive adoption and growth ofBevCap’scaptive and alternative risk programs * Identifyand qualify opportunities sourced through broker partners * Collaborate with internal teams toevaluate, structure, and place riskswithin programs * Provide strategic input to enhanceprogram design, market positioning, and scalability Sales Process Leadership * Support broker partners through thefull deal lifecycle, including: * Opportunity qualification * Data gathering and underwriting strategy * Program design and proposal development * Final presentation and close * Serve as thesubject matter resourceon complex placements and alternative risk strategies Market Development * Execute targeted outreach strategies toexpand broker penetration in defined verticals * RepresentBevCapatindustry events, trade associations, and broker meetings * ReinforceBevCap’sbrand as aleader in niche,best practice-driven insurance solutions Internal Collaboration * Partner with account managers, consultants, and leadership to ensuresuccessful program execution and partner satisfaction * Maintain visibility into deal pipeline and activity through CRM tools What Makes This Role Different * Focus ondistribution throughselectbrokerswho know their vertical * Access toproprietary captive programs and differentiated solutions * Highly targeted verticals withstrong data and clear ideal client profiles * Opportunity to build ascalable production model through partnerships * High visibility within afast-growing, specialized firm Qualifications * 3–7+ yearsof experience in P&C insurance, ideally in: * Wholesale brokerage * Program business * Carrier/BGA distribution * OR retail production withcaptive experience * Strong understanding ofcore P&C coverages * Exposure to or interest incaptives, large deductibles, or alternative risk structures * Proven ability to build andmaintainexternal business relationships * Strong communicationand presentation skills, with the ability to explaincomplex concepts clearly * Highly organized and capable of managing amulti-opportunity pipeline * P&C license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) * Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent professional experience * Self-starter with the ability tooperateindependently and drive results Compensation & Work Environment * Competitive compensation structure aligned with: * Broker-driven production * Program growth * New revenue generation * Full-time, flexible office and remote environment * Travel required for broker meetings and industry events * Fully paid employee health insurance; family coverage available * Dental, vision, life insurance * 401(k) with 4% company match * PTO - 21 days with 9 paid holidays & 1 floating holiday * Fast-growing organization with significant opportunity forleadership and expansion of distribution responsibilities We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
