Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead Sabre’s business development and sales strategy to support company growth.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities in key markets such as prefabrication, power generation, and industrial infrastructure.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
  • Oversee the sales process from proposal to contract negotiation and project handoff.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales and business development team.
  • Represent Sabre at industry events to boost visibility and stay current with market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline metrics, and report to the executive team.
  • Improve CRM usage and optimize sales operations and reporting processes.
