About the Position: The Vice President of Business Intelligence will lead the strategy, development, and execution of data analytics across the United Football League.  This executive will architect and lead the league’s enterprise-wide data and business intelligence strategy, transforming how the UFL leverages analytics, AI, and fan insights to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on data leader and an executive-level influencer with a passion for innovation, cross-functional teamwork, and high-impact storytelling through data.  Key Responsibilities: * Accountability for the vision, development, and execution of the organization’s business intelligence, analytics, AI and data infrastructure strategy * Lead the evolution of the league’s data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI capabilities to create a scalable, enterprise-wide intelligence ecosystem. * Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership in identifying insights that fuel business growth, operational efficiency, fan experience, and innovation * Build a centralized data ecosystem integrating ticketing, media, digital, sponsorship, merchandise and football data * Establish enterprise-wide KPI frameworks and executive reporting capabilities that enable real-time business decision-making. * Collaborate with marketing and paid media agency on fan segmentation, audience analytics, campaign measurement, targeting and engagement modeling * Drive overall research strategy with respect to all aspects of the marketing business, including paid media, brand awareness, understanding our fans, etc. * Deliver strategic market and predictive insights related to attendance performance, fan behavior, growth opportunities, and potential expansion markets. * Partner with sponsorship, ticketing, media, merchandising and other cross functional teams to optimize and analyze various revenue streams and key operating expenses * Establish governance, data quality standards, and scalable infrastructure * Build and lead a high-performing business intelligence and analytics function capable of supporting league-wide strategic initiatives. What you will bring: * 10+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy, including leadership experience managing teams * Strong experience in sports, media, entertainment, or consumer-driven industries strongly preferred * Expertise in data governance, standardization of key performance metrics, and AI-driven implementations * Proven track record of driving revenue through analytics and optimizing ROI across key revenue streams * Experience building and scaling BI teams and data infrastructure in fast-paced environments * Hands-on skills in SQL, Python, data warehouses (e.g., Big Query) and cloud data platforms * Strong understanding of fan data, ticketing systems, CRM, and digital platforms * Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations. * Experience operating in a fast-paced, evolving, growth-oriented environment.
