One of our small agency clients is looking for a VP Account Services to join their team for an exciting all-new full-time position as part of the agency’s leadership team.
The VP Account Services will be the senior leader overseeing client relationships, account performance, and agency service standards.
This VP Account Services will ensure client satisfaction, drive growth, and partner with the agency President and Partner/Principal to deliver strategic value and revenue.
Ideal VP Account Services candidates will have:
– At least 10+ years experience in an ad agency, in-house marketing team, or consulting agency
– BA degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field
– Proven leadership in managing clients, teams, and growth
– Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– Data-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationship strategy and manage senior client expectations.

– Set strategic direction, tone, and quality standards across accounts.
– Drive growth through new business and client expansion.
– Mentor and manage the account services team.
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
– Partner with leadership on goals, policy, and financial performance.
– Champion agency vision, culture, and innovation.
