Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The person will lead the company’s commercial strategy with a primary focus on securing long-term offtake and purchase agreements for our green mineral product. This executive will play a critical role in positioning the company as a preferred supplier to global industrial buyers seeking low-carbon, responsibly sourced materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Offtake & Purchase Agreements
  • Lead negotiations and secure binding offtake agreements with major purchasers of green minerals, including electric arc furnace (EAF) operators, automotive manufacturers, and industrial buyers.
  • Develop pricing models and contract structures aligned with market dynamics and sustainability premiums.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement leaders at global companies (e.g., BMW, Porsche, ZF, and others).
