Job Description Engage and support in deal origination Perform periodic credit reviews Prepare Credit Application Summary (“CAS”) / Executive Summary (“ES”) packages including a) Risk Evaluation (structure, financial, industry, security) b) Yield justification c) Generation of CAS, credit rating, rating summary and obligor table in CMT Review Credit / Compliance checklists to ensure regulatory and internal requirements are met which include a) HKMA Checklist b) Annual Review Checklist c) ESG Checklist d) Covenants Tracking Worksheet e) DSCR computation (including IPRE) Letter of Offer (LO) to facilitate line implementation a) Review LO and/or supporting documents b) Review letters to external counsels (for security documents) or LO drafted by external counsels c) Attend to queries on LO by customer Job Requirements: Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin or relevant concentrations At least 8 -10 years credit analysis experience in corporate banking sector, i.e. local blue chips , red chips and mid-cap Sound credit and business knowledge in corporate banking space Language proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Strong at analytical/ logical presentations Self-motivated, detail-minded and customer focused Holder of ECF on Credit Risk Management (CRM) accredited by The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) is preferred Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
