Job Description Prepare standard loan and security documentation for the wholesale banking segment for checker review Review and provide comments on non-standard documentation prepared by external legal counsel Ensure all documentation complies with the bank’s credit policies and regulatory requirements Validate condition precedent documents, monitor condition subsequent items and review covenants registrations prior to limit activation Coordinate limit implementation and monitor utilization Liaise with business units to resolve documentation deficiencies and collect outstanding loan documents Coordinate with legal counsel on the discharge of security and related documentation Perform periodic mark-to-market revaluations of collateral and adjust credit limits Prepare and review credit exception and control reports Ensure accuracy and completeness of credit limit and collateral data input by the SG hub and local team members Undertake other tasks or projects as assigned Job Requirements Degree in business administration or related discipline Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in credit administration Proven experience in handling both standard and non-standard documentation Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and applicable regulatory requirements Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong problem-solving skills Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
