Responsibilities Primary duties will include: Support the build out of the global Fixed Income platform regionally, integrating newly onboarded client into existing infrastructure and newly implemented systems.\ Foster close internal working relationships to co-ordinate with regional offices, enhancing global coverage model with expertise & local insight. Assist in developing strategies to prudently expand the business. Broadening depth of desk coverage and product offering. Leverage experience & relationships to drive activity & enhance trading opportunities. Interact with clients and provide real-time coverage as part of a team. Actively market fixed income axes & communicate trade ideas to institutional customer base using multiple analytical tools & methodologies. Utilise electronic platforms to facilitate trades. Provide institutional grade solutions to deepen existing relationships, drive new client opportunities and grow profitability. Onboard new clients, whilst managing, developing, and enhancing existing client relationships of the firm. Business travel for client and prospect meetings, as well as client entertainment. Cross sell broader StoneX capabilities, encouraging buy in from relevant stakeholders across the group. Qualifications To land this role you will need: Experienced Fixed Income sales & trading professional with established book of institutional relationships. – Minimum 5 years preferred but not essential. Detailed market and product knowledge across IG, HY & Distressed credit space. Must possess a strong, ongoing interest in the financial markets with emphasis on a dealer’s front-office Sales and Trading environment. Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, organization Education / Certification Requirements: BA or BS in a finance or economics related background Relevant MAS license Working environment: Hybrid (1-day WFH, 4 days in office) #LI-Hybrid #LI-KV1
