JOB SUMMARY

The RBC Capital Markets Client Intelligence team is responsible for providing client data and analytics to the Global Markets Sales & Trading and Corporate & Investment Banking divisions. The team leverages data sources across revenue, financial resource consumption, competitor benchmarking, client touchpoints & interactions and client feedback to deliver actional client insights. The work we do enables the business to effectively monitor business performance, grow client revenues and make informed business decisions in efforts to optimize resources and revenues.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate: Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, functional partners and technology teams to identify areas for process improvements and develop technical solutions
  • Increase Efficiencies: Streamline processes and improve efficiencies, leading to faster project completion and better resource utilization
  • Drive Change: Consistently look for ways to automate existing manual processes, driving change management to improve processes, accuracy of data & reporting, and efficiencies
  • Drive Accountability and Transparency: Establish clear accountability for program outcomes and promote transparency in decision-making
  • Establish Communication and Reporting Principals: Establish clear communication channels and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed about progress and key issues
  • Manage Stakeholder Engagement: Clearly define roles and responsibilities to enhance stakeholder engagement and build trust
  • Reduce Risks and Costs: Effective risk management and decision-making to reduce the likelihood of unforeseen issues and associated costs
  • Mitigate Risk: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the program, ensuring that they are addressed effectively
