• Be a hands-on leader, owning the strategic execution of our technology roadmap and balancing legacy constraints with forward-looking investments.
• Lead a high-impact, global team of 35 Developers and QA Engineers, and cultivating a high-performance culture.
• Oversee development and deployment across the stack, ensuring high uptime, fast release cycles, and minimal post-release issues.
• Partner closely with Product to shape and execute the roadmap and improve the quality of specifications and delivery planning.
• Champion and lead adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, across our application and within our teams.
• Be an effective cross-functional leader and collaborator with Marketing and Customer & Advisor Success, and a respected executive-level leader at US Marketplace and Ingenio
