This strategic leader will create a high performing environment and go to market strategy, to enable their team to drive new seven-figure deals, expand key account, and help evolve the next generation of services, based on client insight. Reporting to the Executive Director, and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, this is a pivotal role for the future success of the Work & Family division.. Why Bright Horizons? Define and execute growth strategies across market penetration, account expansion, and sector development. Set strategic direction, allocate resources, and establish performance metrics to drive sustainable, profitable growth, Contribute to the wider Work&family strategy Team Leadership & Performance Manage and develop a high-performing team of Client Directors and Client Relation Directors, responsible for securing seven-figure contracts. Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity. Lead talent strategy, succession planning, and top-tier recruitment. Enterprise Account Growth Partner with Client Relationship leadership to expand existing enterprise accounts. Drive cross-sell, upsell, and geographic growth initiatives. Build scalable frameworks to maximise client lifetime value. Data-Driven Strategy & Analytics Collaborate with Growth Enablement to develop real-time performance dashboards. Use analytics to inform strategic decisions, predict trends, and optimise resource allocation. Champion data-led decision-making across the division. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning Work with Market and Sales Intelligence to identify new sectors and growth opportunities. Shape product development, market entry, and competitive positioning strategies. Establish thought leadership and inform broader Work + Family strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Full Service teams to enhance enterprise client delivery. Influence organisational strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency. Executive Reporting & Communication Report to the Executive Director on performance, strategy, and growth opportunities. Lead strategic planning sessions and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives. Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth for performance and planning. Essential Experience Leadership & Growth 15+ years in sales, BD, and exec leadership Scaled high performing teams, Consistently delivered new sales and renewal targets Strategic Impact Built winning growth strategies Closed enterprise deals, expanded key accounts Market Know-How Experience of selling into HR or Benefits leaders in Enterprise sized organisations Skilled in complex, high-value negotiations Data-Driven Analytics-savvy, Salesforce pro Turns data into insights and uses that to shape actions to deliver growth Collaborative Leader Works effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results Influences at all levels across the organisation, globally Education Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred Advanced leadership development and strategic planning training advantageous Professional certifications in sales methodology, account management, or business development preferred Bright Horizons is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
