The VP Field Sales DACH, will serve as a key member of the Saviynt Revenue Team. This role will drive the strategy and execution of all sales initiatives across the region which includes Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will ensure short and long-term revenue expansion, including setting the strategic direction to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Direct responsibility for the leadership of the field sales organisation within the region and driving growth from new and existing customers.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to penetrate large enterprise accounts across the DACH region.
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing software sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture, emphasising accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Acquisition: Oversee customer acquisition strategies to expand the customer base in DACH.
  • Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for mutual success.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve sales performance.
  • Utilise data analytics to gain insights into market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on sales performance and achievements.
  • Innovation and Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to identify opportunities for innovation. Lead the organisation in adapting to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product development, marketing, and customer success.

  • Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
