Job Summary / IntroductionThe Vice President, Finance is responsible for leading finance transformation initiatives while supporting the overall finance function across financial reporting, planning and analysis, regulatory reporting, financial control, and strategic decision-making.The role will drive the implementation and optimisation of finance systems, data, automation, and reporting capabilities to build a scalable finance operating model that supports FAB Asset Management Limited's growth strategy.In parallel, the VP will partner with senior management to deliver high-quality financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, business performance management, and Board reporting.Acting as a key liaison between Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and FAB Group stakeholders, the role will ensure that finance processes, systems, and controls support both regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and enhancement of finance systems and reporting tools.
- Drive process automation and digitisation across the finance function.
- Develop finance data governance, reporting standards, and management information capabilities.
- Manage finance transformation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Partner with Technology and external vendors on system integrations and finance architecture.
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support management decisions.
- Monitor business performance and provide insights on revenue, costs, profitability, and key KPIs.
- Oversee accurate and timely management reporting.
- Support statutory financial reporting and audit processes.
- Support regulatory reporting requirements and financial submissions.
- Prepare Board, Executive Committee, and shareholder reporting materials.
- Assist in capital adequacy monitoring, liquidity management, and financial governance activities.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, product launches, operating model changes, and investment opportunities.
- Provide financial insight and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Support execution of FAB AM's strategic plan and transformation agenda.
- Requirements / QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 8–12+ years of experience within Finance, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, FP&A, or Financial Control functions within asset management, banking, wealth management, or broader financial services.
- Proven experience leading finance systems implementations and transformation programmes, including ERP, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data management solutions.
- Strong experience in: - Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors.

- Strong understanding of: - IFRS and financial reporting requirements
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Regulatory reporting and capital adequacy frameworks
- Financial controls and governance
- Finance data management and reporting architecture
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Preferred / BeneficialProfessional accounting qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA).
- Additional qualification in project management, transformation, or technology would be advantageous (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
- Relevant ERP, EPM, or finance systems certifications desirable.
- Experience within a regulated financial services environment, preferably with exposure to ADGM/FSRA, asset management, or investment management businesses.
- Experience with ERP, EPM, and reporting solutions (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Anaplan, Power BI, Hyperion, OneStream or equivalent).
