Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $50M in Series A funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally About the Role We’re hiring a VP Finance to build and lead our in house finance function as we scale. This is a high-trust, high-impact role, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. You’ll take ownership of all financial strategy and operations, bringing finance fully in-house and building the infrastructure needed to support a fast-growing global company. This role requires experience running finance in a US-based company (US Inc.) and navigating a multi-entity structure. The role is both strategic and hands-on, from shaping company direction and working with investors, to building models and setting up the right processes. What You’ll Do Take full ownership of Unframe’s finance function across a complex multi-entity structure (US Inc., Israeli Ltd., German GmbH) Build and scale the finance function in house, including hiring and leading the team Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning, decision-making, and company growth Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting (including board materials) Support fundraising and investor relations Establish scalable processes, systems, and financial infrastructure Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales on key financial topics What We’re Looking For 6+ years of relevant experience in a senior finance role (VP Finance / CFO level) Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, scaling a company through growth Strong background in B2B SaaS (metrics, business model, revenue understanding) Experience owning the finance function in a US-based company (US Inc.)
