WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
As GenAI Quality Engineering & Assurance Manager, you will be leading GenAI enabled quality engineering efforts across key programs globally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GenAI QA Specialist to join our Global Quality Engineering & Assurance (QE&A) organization. This pivotal role combines deep domain expertise in Quality Assurance, cutting-edge automation practices, and Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities to lead large-scale QA programs and drive continuous quality improvements across portfolios. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, proven leadership in managing global QA teams, and hands-on experience integrating AI into testing and quality engineering workflows. This role also requires domain expertise in Property & Casualty insurance along with a deep understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Leadership acumen and technical proficiency to ensure delivery excellence, compliance, and continuous quality improvements across a geographically distributed team. Technical competency in Leadership combined with SME and Engineering skilled teams will ensure forward thinking, continual innovation and ability to adopt to disruptive technology such as Micro-Services, Cloud Native, Omni Channel products and operating models with Global Quality Engineering & Automation, CI|CD Enablement for Testing, Cloud Operating experience and Stakeholder management as the basic premise.
